  • Fully pressure-treated TANALITH E timber used throughout

  • Robust 75mm x 50mm framing at 600mm centres
  • 100mm x 50mm roof supports in tanalised redwood

Practical protection for your horses

Our shelters are designed to provide reliable cover in any weather. A well-built mobile field shelter for horses gives your animals the freedom to move, rest and adapt to changing conditions, throughout winter, summer, and the rest of the year.

All of our shelters come mounted on heavy-duty skids, which allows them to be moved when grazing areas shift or access requirements change. These moveable shelters offer the perfect combination of sturdiness and mobility, suitable for year-round turnout, temporary stabling or longer-term placement in the field.

A concrete base is best for stables but a hard-core base can be adequate in some circumstances. Don’t hesitate to contact us for advice on all aspects of groundworks.

Do you carry out groundworks?2020-01-23T19:56:10+00:00

Do I need to put my stables on a brick plinth?2020-01-23T19:55:35+00:00

It is definitely advisable to erect your building on a single course of bricks. This will give an effective water barrier and prolong the life of the building. We will gladly carry out this work ourselves if required.
