ONLINE STORE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please note that this policy only applies to Stable Doors bought through our online store.

If you wish to cancel your order

Please contact us as soon as possible after you place an order if you wish to cancel. Should the goods be dispatched please contact us and we will arrange for the goods to be collected, the goods must be returned to us in the same packaging and the costs of returning goods to us will be your responsibility unless they are delivered damaged or faulty. Refunds will be given within 7 days after we have received and checked any returned goods. Please refer to our delivery section for details on the cost of returning goods.

If you wish to return your order

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase however please be reassured that you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us and we will arrange for the goods to be collected, the goods must be returned to us in the same packaging and the costs of returning goods to us will be your responsibility unless they are delivered damaged or faulty. Exceptions

Please note that the rights to return the goods to us as above will not apply to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for the reduction in value.
