At Longcross Stables, we craft quality mobile stables that provide a long-lasting solution for keeping your horses comfortable and secure, wherever they need to be. We build each custom mobile stable with the strength and durability of a permanent structure, but with the added bonus of flexibility to relocate the stable as you like.

Every structure is hand-built from fully pressure treated timber, and they’re perfect for use all year round. Mobile horse stables are also ideal for temporary setups, as well as areas that have planning restrictions that limit the types of permanent structures you can build.

What's in our equine mobile stables?

Our stables are constructed from high-quality materials, which were chosen for their strength, function and longevity.

All of our mobile horse stables are made using:

  • Fully pressure-treated TANALITH E timber throughout
  • 19mm shiplap cladding for strength and weather resistance
  • 75mm x 50mm framing fixed at 600mm centres
  • 100mm x 50mm roof supports in tanalised redwood
  • Corrugated Onduline roofing with a clear roof light for natural light

  • 15mm OSB kickboards to 1220mm high, with full eaves lining available
  • 112mm guttering and downpipes fitted to the front
  • Heavy-duty stable doors with galvanised hinges, throw bolts and kick-over latches
  • Optional metal anti-chew strips and mesh grills.

These features make our moveable horse stables practical, safe, and easy to maintain, while giving your horses a secure, comfortable space.
